About the Role

The Product Manager will define, validate, and guide Lotus & Dorje’s digital products and technology-enabled services from discovery through launch, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement. The role connects customer needs, business strategy, user experience, technical feasibility, governance, and financial value. This leader will work across consulting, technology, data, AI, cybersecurity, design, marketing, sales, finance, and operations to build products and services that are useful, responsible, scalable, and commercially sustainable.

What You'll Do

  • Develop product vision, strategy, positioning, roadmaps, objectives, and lifecycle decisions.
  • Conduct customer discovery, market research, competitor analysis, problem validation, and opportunity sizing.
  • Translate customer and business needs into product requirements, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize capabilities using evidence, customer value, risk, effort, strategic alignment, and expected return.
  • Guide minimum viable products, prototypes, pilots, releases, adoption plans, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain the product backlog and lead prioritization, refinement, release-readiness, and outcome-review sessions.
  • Define product analytics covering adoption, engagement, retention, quality, cost, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate pricing, packaging, e-commerce, onboarding, support readiness, and go-to-market planning.
  • Ensure accessibility, privacy, cybersecurity, responsible AI, data governance, and operational support are built into the lifecycle.
  • Prepare business cases, product briefs, executive recommendations, launch plans, release communications, and retirement proposals.

Product discovery, strategy, prioritization, development governance, launch readiness, performance measurement, and lifecycle management.

Automation deliverable

Create an evidence-based product operating system connecting discovery insights, roadmaps, backlogs, release gates, customer feedback, product analytics, and lifecycle decisions.

Weekly evidence

Validated insights, roadmap or backlog decisions, delivery progress, release risks, customer feedback, product metrics, commercial dependencies, and next experiments.

Success measures

Validated customer value; clear prioritization; timely delivery of usable, secure, supportable products; growing adoption and engagement; reduced rework; and measurable revenue or operational impact.

What You'll Bring

  • Master’s degree, doctorate, or comparable advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management, Marketing, or a closely related discipline appropriate to the role.
  • At least seven years of progressive product management, product ownership, business analysis, digital-service, SaaS, or technology-delivery experience.
  • Demonstrated ownership of product strategy, roadmaps, discovery, requirements, prioritization, release planning, and performance measurement.
  • Strong understanding of software development, APIs, cloud services, data platforms, analytics, AI-enabled products, or e-commerce.
  • Ability to balance customer value, commercial goals, technical constraints, governance, and operational risk.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, design, data, marketing, sales, finance, support, and executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent customer-research, analytical, communication, prioritization, and decision-making skills.

Nice to Have

Product Owner, Scrum, Pragmatic, design-thinking, or comparable certification; experience with responsible AI, enterprise platforms, consulting products, subscription services, experimentation, and product analytics.
