About the Role

The Program Manager will convert Lotus & Dorje’s strategy into coordinated consulting, technology, product, and operational programs. The role owns integrated planning, governance, delivery visibility, resource coordination, risk management, and measurable outcomes across multiple workstreams. The successful candidate will bring an ownership mindset, strong executive communication, and the ability to coordinate distributed teams, clients, contractors, and vendors while maintaining scope, quality, schedule, budget, and organizational alignment.

What You'll Do

  • Translate strategic objectives into program charters, workstreams, milestones, integrated roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
  • Define program scope, assumptions, dependencies, governance, decision rights, quality expectations, and acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate initiatives spanning IT services, data, AI, digital products, operations, marketing, finance, e-commerce, and client delivery.
  • Maintain integrated schedules, resource plans, budgets, forecasts, RAID logs, decision registers, and change controls.
  • Identify cross-team capacity constraints and resolve scheduling, dependency, and priority conflicts.
  • Lead planning workshops, executive reviews, delivery meetings, retrospectives, and stakeholder communications.
  • Monitor delivery health, financial performance, resource utilization, benefit realization, and customer outcomes.
  • Manage vendors, implementation partners, statements of work, contractual deliverables, and escalation pathways.
  • Ensure programs include documentation, training, change management, adoption planning, and operational handover.
  • Develop repeatable program-management standards that support responsible organizational growth.

Responsibilities & Role Delivery

Process owned

End-to-end program intake, planning, governance, delivery coordination, change control, benefit realization, and operational handover.

Automation deliverable

Implement a program-control system with automated milestones, RAID tracking, resource-capacity views, financial status, decision logs, and executive reporting.

Weekly evidence

Current milestone status, decisions, risks, dependencies, budget and capacity variances, deliverables accepted, stakeholder actions, and next-week priorities.

Success measures

Programs delivered within approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations; earlier risk identification; improved delivery predictability; effective cross-functional coordination; and verified business outcomes.

What You'll Bring

  • Master’s degree, doctorate, or comparable advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management, Marketing, or a closely related discipline appropriate to the role.
  • At least seven years of progressive program, project, PMO, consulting-delivery, transformation, or technology-management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional programs, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery practices and the judgment to select an appropriate approach.
  • Experience coordinating internal teams, clients, contractors, and technology partners in a remote environment.
  • Excellent facilitation, negotiation, written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to establish governance and produce clear executive reporting without losing operational detail.

Nice to Have

PMP, PgMP, ITIL, Scrum, SAFe, or comparable certification; experience in IT consulting, managed services, data, AI, SaaS, e-commerce, or digital transformation; and experience building a PMO in a growing organization.
